Project-specific heat exchangers for power generation and industry
TECS Engineering designs and manufactures LT/HT radiators, V-type and mechanical radiators and gas turbine inlet coils. Every enquiry is treated as a new product: the heat duty, the fluid conditions, the site ambient and the installation limits shape a unit that fits the application instead of a catalogue size that fits nothing exactly.
The company is part of the Karcıoğlu Group and produces in its own factory in Menemen, İzmir, where the coils, headers, casings and frames are made, assembled and tested under one roof. Units from about 1 m to 13 m in length leave the factory as complete, pressure-tested assemblies with fans, guards, expansion tanks and controls, for generator sets, cogeneration plants, power stations, data centers and gas turbines in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North and South America and the Far East - among them Japan, the United States, Brazil and Colombia.

Fin lines, tube expanders, header and casing fabrication, assembly and pressure testing under one roof in İzmir.
Fans And Sound
EC and AC fan selection with the sound level, the airflow and the pressure drop solved together; diffusers and silencers where limits are tight.

Why TECS
What You Get With A TECS Unit
Designed For Your Duty, Not Picked From A Table
Every unit is calculated for the heat rejection, flow, temperatures, ambient, altitude and sound limit of the project. The datasheet you receive states that design point, and the drawing is the unit that was calculated.
The Engine Manufacturer's Figures Are The Law
Coolant pressure drop, flow rate and temperatures are kept inside the limits of the engine maker's data sheet - the radiator is sized around the engine, never the other way round.
Honest Sound Figures
Sound pressure levels at the distances you specify are calculated from the measured sound power of the delivered fans with a safety margin, and verified on request. Quiet sites get EC fans, lower speeds or diffusers, not optimistic numbers.
Built For The Site Atmosphere
Coastal, offshore, desert, dusty or chemical: fins, coatings, casings and tanks are specified to the corrosion category of the site, and the fin pitch is chosen so the coil stays clean between services.
One Factory, One Responsibility
Coils, headers, casings and frames are made and assembled in Menemen. Pressure tests, fan and electrical function tests and the final inspection happen before the unit leaves.
Complete Packages
Expansion tanks, level switches, control panels, oil and fuel coolers, plate heat exchangers, pump skids and heating modules come with the unit, so the cooling circuit arrives as one coordinated system.
